Gertrude and I drove to the Green Adventure Bus to meet up with out friend MIke for some trout fishing. We enjoyed a beautiful trout dinner and then woke up to rain, rain more rain. Gertrude and I went out and fished a few fruitless hours and I got to thinking about my 35th anniversary and my wife at home. We pulled the boat and went home early. I got my bride an Emerald Lake Camp hat and tshirt, a pecan pie and a bottle of bubbly....but no trout.
Next weekend we are taking a drive to Pukaskwa National Park for a little adventure.
